What’s Wrong in this Picture?

This picture was taken by one of SCM’s Safety Technicians.  There are a few issues concerning this exit and fire extinguisher.  What are they?  The answer is at the bottom of the column to the right.

Answer to What is Wrong in the Picture:
The most obvious answer is that the fire extinguisher is blocked.  However, hazardous materials, like the propane cylinder should not be stored in an emergency exit route.  To learn more, follow the link below.
