What's Wrong In This Picture? 12/2/13

The seventh in the list of OSHA Top 10 Violations for 2013 is “Ladders.” This is an appropriate topic, considering that many of us not only use ladders in the course of our work, but this time of year are using ladders to clean gutters, hang holiday lights and other seasonal chores.
